Overview

Integrate is a quarterly digital magazine designed to share insights, stories, and updates from the client’s organization. The publication required a streamlined, repeatable process for coordinating content, design, and approvals each quarter. I managed the entire production cycle, ensuring each edition launched on schedule, met brand standards, and delivered a polished reading experience.

My Role

As the project manager, I oversaw the full lifecycle of each issue, including content planning, asset gathering, design coordination, review cycles, and stakeholder communication. I ensured the magazine maintained a cohesive visual and editorial identity.

  • Planned the scope and production timeline for each issue

  • Coordinated with the client’s copywriter and marketing manager to gather all articles, images, and supporting assets

  • Organized and relayed content to our graphic designer, providing briefs and ensuring clarity

  • Reviewed all design drafts before sending them to the client to ensure brand consistency and narrative flow

  • Presented progress updates to the client, guiding them through each stage of the magazine

  • Managed final edits, approvals, and delivery of the digital e-magazine
