Overview
Integrate is a quarterly digital magazine designed to share insights, stories, and updates from the client’s organization. The publication required a streamlined, repeatable process for coordinating content, design, and approvals each quarter. I managed the entire production cycle, ensuring each edition launched on schedule, met brand standards, and delivered a polished reading experience.
My Role
As the project manager, I oversaw the full lifecycle of each issue, including content planning, asset gathering, design coordination, review cycles, and stakeholder communication. I ensured the magazine maintained a cohesive visual and editorial identity.

Planned the scope and production timeline for each issue

Coordinated with the client’s copywriter and marketing manager to gather all articles, images, and supporting assets
Organized and relayed content to our graphic designer, providing briefs and ensuring clarity
Reviewed all design drafts before sending them to the client to ensure brand consistency and narrative flow
Presented progress updates to the client, guiding them through each stage of the magazine
Managed final edits, approvals, and delivery of the digital e-magazine
