Biochrom needed more than a redesign—the goal was to fully integrate the Biochrom brand and product catalog into the Harvard Bioscience website, replacing its standalone site with a seamless, unified digital experience. This required a complete rebuild of structure, content, and design.
What I Led
Full redesign + integration strategy from discovery through deployment
Created UX documentation and wireframes built specifically for integration
Aligned the UI to Harvard Bioscience’s brand system while highlighting Biochrom’s products
Worked closely with scientists and sales teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
Streamlined and migrated product data, technical documents, and supporting files
Led UAT and QA to ensure frictionless functionality within the larger site
Implemented SEO best practices to preserve and improve visibility
Presented progress regularly to senior leadership to maintain alignment
Oversaw final deployment and validation of all integrated pages
