Biochrom needed more than a redesign—the goal was to fully integrate the Biochrom brand and product catalog into the Harvard Bioscience website, replacing its standalone site with a seamless, unified digital experience. This required a complete rebuild of structure, content, and design.

What I Led

  • Full redesign + integration strategy from discovery through deployment

  • Created UX documentation and wireframes built specifically for integration

  • Aligned the UI to Harvard Bioscience’s brand system while highlighting Biochrom’s products

  • Worked closely with scientists and sales teams to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Streamlined and migrated product data, technical documents, and supporting files

  • Led UAT and QA to ensure frictionless functionality within the larger site

  • Implemented SEO best practices to preserve and improve visibility

  • Presented progress regularly to senior leadership to maintain alignment

  • Oversaw final deployment and validation of all integrated pages
